At The Crystal Blooms, we want you to feel as radiant as our collections; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original designer tags are attached.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
